Asthma/COPD Clinic

Asthma patients can be seen for assessment, education, advice and supervision or alteration of treatment. The aim of this clinic is to diagnose accurately, treat efficently and get the best possible results following the British Thoracic Society's guidelines. The clinic provides individual management plans and follow-up care.

Baby Vaccination Clinic will be held on Friday mornings 9am - 12pm in NEWCASTLE surgery

If you are unable to travel to our Newcastle surgery, we will endeavor to accomodate you in our Castlewellan surgery.

Please note that the appointment card you may receive in the post from Child Health often has an incorrect appointment time. Please contact the surgery directly to secure your appointment time.

We often send text messages to patients that are due for their vaccinations, with a self-booking link allowing you to select your own appointment date and time.

Blood Pressure can be checked on the self service machines in both surgeries. Please present at either Newcastle or Castlewellan surgery during opening hours and a member of the admin team will assist you. 

The self service machine reads: height, weight, blood pressure and pulse rate.
